Imagine if there was one habit we could create that would make it easier to focus, manage difficult thoughts and improve our mood.
I think that habit could be keeping our phone out of the bedroom. Partly because improving sleep improves our memory, concentration, immune system and mood. And partly because when we remove our greatest form of distraction it gives us valuable time to strengthen the connection with ourselves, increasing our courage to improve relationships and raising our self worth to help us feel that we are enough.
Please do the 1 minute survey here today. It’s anonymous. Please share it with others.
If 200 people or more complete the survey in the next 48 hours I’ll provide a fully funded mini session outlining a simple method I’ve created to help anyone of any age begin to keep their phone out of the bedroom. So you can test the (significant) benefits.
This mini session would be delivered before the end of February.
Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
Have you got a mini restorative break booked in for today? No? Read this and see if it helps you find the time. Quality breaks are like a high speed charger for our brain.

Call Samaritans 116 123 - no problem too small, I've used a couple of times, once during a relationship break up, once when one of my family said they were suicidal and I wasn't sure who to ask for help

I did the mini survey and my genuine answer to the first question is I keep my phone downstairs at night. All the other questions were asking questions with the presumption that I do have my phone with me at night time. I think it would be better if there was an option to pick N/A - phone not kept in bedroom or just for the survey to end after first question if you don't have your phone with you at night. Other wise all subsequent answers seem pointless.
